Returns and Refunds Policy 

We offer refund, returns and replacements in accordance with Indian Consumer Law. Please read the policy before making a purchase. 

  • Faulty Goods: You're entitled to repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, unsafe, or doesn't match its description. 

  • Major Faults: For major issues (significantly different from description), you can choose a refund or replacement. 

  • Proof of Purchase: Order numbers is required. 

Change of Mind  

If you have a change of heart, you may return the item (in original condition) within 30 days for a store credit.
