Terms & Conditions

All charges & prices for products carried out by Jairung are inclusive of GST at the prevalent rate.  

All prices quoted are US Dollars (USD). However, can be converted into a variety of different currencies. Jairung relies on a third-party provider for current exchange rates and cannot guarantee their accuracy. 

Some outgoings, such as postage, may incur GST and, should this occur, Jairung will pass on the total cost to the Customer, subject to these Terms of Trade. 

All prices quoted, are for the listed and mentioned products only. Deliveries and couriers incur additional fees. Please see the Postage and Delivery section of these terms and conditions for further details. 

Whilst Jairung will make every attempt to make all products advertised available to Customers, this cannot be guaranteed. We will notify the Customer as soon as practicable if a product they have purchased is not available. 

In the event of a technical error, Jairung reserves the right to cancel an order. Jairung will notify the customer as soon as practicable and provide the Customer with a refund. 

Any promotions are subject to stock availability, whilst stocks last. 

Jairung requires payment, in full and cleared funds, upfront, before any products held in stock are shipped. 

Any statements made about the use of the products sold by Jairung are made generally and may not be applicable to all circumstances. Colours and the look of a product on your computer may be different.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Indian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 

To the greatest extent afforded by law, all other warranties are expressly excluded and waived by the Customer. 

The Customer warrants that they are an adult. The Products are not suitable for use by children as it contains sharp objects which may cause injury or even death.  

Jairung is not liable for any claims, losses or damages, whatsoever caused using the Products in a manner outside the intended or reasonable use, or as provided for by these Terms and Conditions of Trade. 

Jairung may provide the Customer with a sample of the Products. 

The Customer agrees that they hold the sample a bailee and shall, within the period stipulated in writing, return the sample to Jairung. If no period is stipulated, then the sample must be returned withing six (6) weeks of the date it is sent by Jairung to the Customer. 

The Customer is responsible for the cost of the return of the samples.  If the Customer fails to return the samples within the stipulated period, Jairung may invoice the Customer for an amount equal to the replacement cost of the samples.

Jairung refund policy is subject to Indian Consumer Law, which will prevail in the case of any discrepancy.  If there are any issues with the products you have ordered, please contact Jairung via email to imran@jairung.com. We will try to respond within 72 hours. 

We would like the opportunity to work with you in relation to your issues, whatever they may be. 

If the product is faulty, we will either refund you or, provide you with an identical replacement should that product be available. Prior to providing a refund or exchange, under Indian Consumer Law, Jairung is entitled to consider how much time has passed since the Customer purchased the product, considering the following factors: 

The type of product. 

How the Customer is likely to have used the product. 

The length of time for which it is reasonable for the product to be used; and 

The amount of use the product could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the failure becomes noticeable.

Jairung Shipping Information is available on its website. The information provided here may change without notice. 

Jairung delivers products internationally. Deliveries outside the free shipping price range are charged at the market rate. International Customers are liable for payment of any taxes or customs when the products arrive in their country. 

Unless expressly stated, or arranged separately between Jairung and the Customer, Jairung will use its discretion in utilising a variety of delivery methods to transport product to Customers once sold. 

Whilst every effort is made to ensure delivery occurs within the prearranged time schedule, some delay may occur beyond the control of Jairung. For this reason, Jairung does not guarantee delivery dates, and a late delivery does not constitute a breach of this agreement. 

Subject to Indian Consumer Law, Jairung is not obliged to offer a refund or discount if courier or postage service provider loses or otherwise damages the product. If the Customer would like to insure against damage incurred during the delivery process, that is a matter for the Customer, and such costs will not be borne by Jairung. This also applies to parcels where the customer has entered their postage details incorrectly.

Any transactions completed with Jairung are completed using SSL technology, which provides the high-level encryption for online transactions. 

Your credit card information is not stored by Jairung whatsoever. Any online payment is transacted via third party providers and subject to the terms and conditions imposed by those providers. 

Jairung reserves all rights in relation to intellectual property created and used by it on its website and in any documentation. Jairung has taken every measure to ensure that it has permission to use the intellectual property of others.  Any misuse of copyrighted material by Customers or users of any website or publication operated by Jairung is strictly prohibited. Jairung reserves its rights in this regard. 

Any material prepared by Jairung, including, but not limited to, its website, is for your general use only. Jairung makes no warranties or guarantees as to the accuracy or suitability of the material provided whatsoever.  The Customer, or disseminator of the material does so at their own risk and agrees not to hold Jairung or its agents liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result. 

The Customer consents to Jairung using any comments or photographs provided for Jairung’s marketing purposes, at its discretion. 

Terms and Conditions of Trade may be changed at any time without prior notice to its customers. Notification will be sent to all Customers at the time of the Terms and Conditions alterations. 

Jairung shall be under no liability if it should be unable to carry out any provision of this agreement for any reason beyond its control. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of its website, the use of third-party merchant facilities. 

Should funds not clear, or a transaction disputed with a provider or merchant, the product will not be sent. 

The Customer is agreeing fully to Jairung’s Terms and Conditions of Trade by electing to purchase products from Jairung
