Shipping policy

Jairung handcrafts and ships block-printed and screen-printed textiles and clothing worldwide from our studio in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. All prices and shipping charges are shown in US Dollars (USD), and shipping is charged at a flat rate based on your destination, shown at checkout.

1. Order Processing & Handling

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding Indian public holidays). During sale periods or times of high order volume, processing may take an extra 1–2 days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate based on your destination, shown automatically at checkout, so you always see the exact amount before you pay.

  • Standard Shipping: available to all serviceable destinations; delivery estimates are listed below.
  • Express Shipping: available to selected destinations on request — email us at imran@jairung.com before ordering and we will confirm availability and cost.
  • Local Pickup: free collection from our studio in Jaipur, India. Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready.

3. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide, including the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the Middle East. Orders are sent via India Post or a trusted courier partner depending on your destination. Typical delivery times after dispatch are:

  • India (domestic): 3–7 business days
  • Asia & the Middle East: 7–14 business days
  • USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia & New Zealand: 10–21 business days

These times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed, as delivery can be affected by customs clearance and local postal delays.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

As orders ship from India, international parcels may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are set by your local authorities, are not included in the product or shipping price, and are the responsibility of the customer. We declare all parcels accurately and cannot mark shipments as "gifts" or under-declare their value.

5. Order Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you once your order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 2–3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
